REFUND POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to provide you with a return option. Please review the following conditions to determine if you qualify for the return process.

To ensure your return is processed quickly and accurately, please take note of the following:

  • Returns must be sent back within 30 days from the delivery date and can be exchanged for a refund, store credit, or another item.

  • Items should be in new, unused condition, with all original labels and tags still attached.

  • Items must remain unaltered, undamaged, and unwashed. They should also be free from any markings, makeup, self-tanner, odors, pet hair, perfumes, deodorant, and laundry detergent.

  • Unfortunately, earrings & eye pillows cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Mayo + May is not responsible for items returned by mistake, as we may be unable to recover them.

If you believe your product is damaged or faulty, please contact us via email jeaica@mayoandmay.com providing a description and a photo of the fault. 

REFUNDS:
To obtain a refund for your return, please select the refund option when submitting your return. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method after the return has been received at our studio, which may take 3 to 6 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Note that a return fee of $5.95 will be deducted from your refund amount if you choose this option.

STORE CREDIT:
If you prefer store credit for your return, please select the store credit option when submitting your return. Processing will begin once the return has been delivered and may take 3 to 6 business days. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent to the email address used for the order.

* Please note: original shipping costs are non refundable. If we require the item returned we will provide a prepaid package.
